About Me

Hi! I’m Annika Brelsford. I live in Minnesota where I’m studying biology, but art has always been a love of mine which I continue to practice in my spare time, occasionally in conjunction with my work in the scientific field. I have been drawing since I was able to hold a crayon; the joy (& frustration) of creating art has followed me ever since. Of all subjects, I enjoy painting and drawing still life artwork the most because rendering the objects gives me the chance to focus on the subject(s) for hours on end, dissecting and understanding the contents on a new level.
